Lata Mangeshkar, known as the 'Queen of Melody ' for her melodious voice   was one of the versatile singers 👩‍🎤 India has ever produced. She was born on 28 September, 1929 in Indore to a classical singer and theatrical  personality Deenanath Mangeshkar and Shevanti Mangeshkar. Lata Mangeshkar started her career at a very early 😳 age as a singer and also acted in movies. She recorded songs in more than 36 Indian languages and a few foreign languages too.Her mellifluous voice will remain immortal through the songs 🎵  of the films like 👍 'Mother India ' ' Anarkali,'Shor','Abhiman','Veer_Zaara' etc.She received several prestigious honours 🎖 including 'Bharat Ratna ','Dadasaheb Phalke Award ' 'Padma Vibhushan 'etc.Mangeskar,the 92 year old  singing maestro breathed her last on 6 February 2022, in Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai due to pneumonia and post-covid infections.
