Write a short story on The Carter and Hercules

Points:
The wheels of a cart sank into mud- The carter whipped the bullocks in vain- prayed to God of strength for help- the God appeared-asked him to put his shoulder to the wheal- the carter moved

                     THE CARTER AND HERCULES 

It was a rainy day. For the last few days it had been raining. Naturally, the road became muddy and sticky.A carter was riding a cart through the village path. He was very much cautious and careful while riding his carter. Suddenly, the wheels of the cart sank into mud. The carter lost his temper as his cart go stuck in the muddy crater .The carter began to whip the bullocks. But it was really impossible for the bullocks to pull the the cart because the wheels skidded in a muddy ditch. The carter again whipped the bullocks but his whipping went in vain. Then the carter prayed to God of strength-Hercules for help. As he was praying earnestly, God appeared before him .The God of Strength-Hercules asked him what he wanted to seek from him .The helpless carter said   , 'Oh God  , my cart  is not moving. Please help me to move. 'Hercules, in reply, said, 'Come down from the cart and put your shoulder to the wheels. 'Saying these  , God vanished. As the instruction the carter came down from the cart. He then put his shoulder to the wheels with as much strength as he could deliver . Thus the carter helped the bullocks to drag the wheels of the cart out of the muddy crater. Then the cart began to move. The carter thanked the God of Strength and learnt a lesson of self- labour.
