I would like to draw your kind  attention to the fact  that during  the  past few months the delivery of postal articles in our area appears to be whimsical.It is a matter of regret that I have not yet received a very urgent letter addressed to me , though it was dispatched  three weeks before from the Education Department , Kolkata . The Department sent a message to me that effect even a month before. The letter is very important as it is concerned with my scholarship. As I am a poor student , I depend much on scholarship . Now I am at a loss . It is certainly a negligence of the postman on the beat . 

I , Therefore , pray to you to look into the problem personally so that I may get the delivery of the letter as soon as possible .
