    Three Questions



    1. How did the Tsar nurse the wounded man ?  6 

     Answer : A wounded man came  running out of the wood to the Tsar . He had a  fatal wound in his stomach , and blood was flowing from there  . He fell on the ground losing consciousness .The Tsar and the hermit unfastened the man's clothing  .The Tsar washed the wound , bandaged it with his handkerchief and with a towel the hermit had . But blood did not stop flowing . The Tsar gave him fresh water to drink . Then they carried the wounded man into the hut and laid him on the bed .

    2. Why did the bearded man become an enemy of the Tsar ? What did the man swear and resolve to do ? Why did he ask forgiveness of the Tsar and what did he promise him ? 1+2+3=6


    Answer: The bearded man became an enemy of the Tsar because the Tsar  had executed the man's brother and seized his  property 


    #  The man swore  to revenge himself on the tsar . He  resolved to kill the Tsar to  avenge his brother's execution on his way back from the hermit's cell.

    # The man asked forgiveness of the Tsar because having been wounded by the Tsar's bodyguard  , he would have bled to death had the Tsar himself not dressed  his wound. He promised the Tsar  to serve him as his most faithful slave . He added gratefully and sincerely  that he would bid his sons to do the same

    3. " All the answer being different, the Tsar agreed with none of them ." What were the questions to  which the Tsar got different answer answers ? Whom did the decide to consult when he was not satisfaction ? Where did that person live whom the tsar decided to consult? What was he famous for ?  3+1+1+1=6


    Answer: The Tsar became very curious to know the answer of three fundamental questions. The second was about the right people to listen to and whom to avoid . The third was how the Tsar might know what was the most important thing to do .

    # When the Tsar was not satisfied with the answers of his questions , he decided to consult a hermit . 
    #
    # The hermit , whom the Tsar had decided to consult , lived in a wood .

    # The hermit was widely famous for his wisdom


    4. What were the questions that had occurred to the Tsar ? Why did he need correct answers to those questions ? What did he do when he was not satisfied with the answers of the learned men ? 3+1+2+6 


    Answer :  Once three questions had occurred to the Tsar  . The first questions was to know the right time to begin everything . The second questions was who were the right people to listen to and whom to avoid . The third question was what was the most important thing to do 

    # He  needed correct answers to those questions so that he would never mistake in any  decision he took .

    # When the Tsar was  not satisfied with the answers of the learned men , he decided to consult  a hermit living in the wood , who was widely famous for his wisdom . He disguised himself by wearing simple clothes, left his bodyguard behind and went alone to visit the hermit .
