    #  Of late there is a tendency  among the general people to keep fit and of the various means of keeping fit the habit of morning walk is the recent development . It is no doubt a healthy habit . The morning walker comes back home fresh in body and mind and finds that he has got a good start for the  whole day's work .In the morning long  before the din and bustle of normal life starts the morning walker finds  himself in greater and closer  contact with nature . Morning walk is an independent exercise by which he can make his heart  function properly  and keep his blood pressure  under control . Last but not the least , the morning walker  gets enough extra time at hand  to devote to various works for himself or for his family .
